No. A Gift of Togetherness records your wishes and messages so your lawyer and the people you love can find them. It is not a legally binding will.
Does money move through the platform?
No. We hold instructions only. Your lawyer and the people you name handle any transfers.
Who can see my plan?
Only you, and the lawyers you invite. Every view is recorded in your activity log.
What happens when the time comes?
The person you chose starts the reveal, a waiting period begins that you can cancel, and then the messages you wrote open for the people you chose.
How do the quarterly check-ins work?
Every three months we send a gentle reminder to review your people, with your latest plan attached as a PDF.
